A Friday ritual. A single photo, no words, capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by the Wee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to me by Sarah-Jane, of Samuel Michaels Photography. If you find yourself touched by a moment and would like to participate, post your picture on a Friday and leave your link in the comments section.

Loving the treatment of this – the colors, the spontaneity, the obvious warmth in the ‘room’ – done so exquisitely, Linda!

Beautiful, as only those who know how to really dance with their souls can understand.

Wow! Gorgeous photo. The quote, though, had me in tears… sooo true!

I’m with Corinne, loved what you did. I also that showed us only the smile. It leaves room for my imagination to wonder about the look in their eyes.

Truly delightful to the senses Linda… your image is very engaging! I love the colors that I see,the movement, I wonder what music they’re playing, what smell there could be in that room…and most of all, I love the contact human touch makes
Awesome

The colors in this are fantastic! And, I love the Nietzsche quote. Never heard that before, but those sound like words to live by! Who cares if people can’t hear my music. I will dance.

Hello Linda.
I am playing catch-up.
Ahhh…dancing…one of my favorite pastimes and something I do to start my day everyday.
Love the treatment you applied to this…it’s almost like a vintage photo…a feast for the senses. I didn’t know the quote, but how true & fitting for the photo. If I’m not mistaken, are you the dancing partner on the left too? Wonderful moment. Thanks for sharing.
