| Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located? My studio is located in Woodbury, MN. Most of my work is in the Twin Cities area but ranges throughout the state and has taken me to other parts of the United States. For more information about the real life studio, go to my studio page. How far in advance are you booked? Certain times of the year book out over a year in advance. Also, particular dates are more popular than others. I photograph a select number of weddings each year in order to maintain a high level of service and deliver the photographs in a few short months. Please call for availability. How do we book you? A deposit of $250.00 is required to secure your date and will be applied towards your balance. I will send you a letter of contract which outlines the price and benefits of the package of your choice. Your balance due may be divided into monthly payments to be completed one month before the wedding. There is no interest charged for this service. I accept cash, check or charge. How long have you and the bride been friends? I get asked this a lot, even when the bride found me in the yellow pages. My work is more than a job for me. It is a spiritual practice. This is the "magic" behind wedding images you'll cherish forever. Will you take a picture of me with the wedding couple? I don't work a "formula shoot" so there's lots of room for flexibility. Of course, we'll get those group shots of the wedding party, your family, etc. But, your college buddies didn't travel half way across the country to be left out either. They want to be in your wedding portraits. They want to give you bunny ears. These are the memories which will warm your heart in years to come. I'm happy to capture them for you. Are you still here? People are always asking me this toward the end of the reception. I want your collection of wedding photographs to record the beginning, from the bride getting ready, to last good-byes. To enhance the telling of your love story even further, please ask a about bridal shower, dress fitting, bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, etc. coverage. |
